Birth Records

Greetings to all. I am trying to get my mothers birth records an would like some help in how to get them. I am in Canada. My mother was born in Adasevci in 1928. Here birth papers were lost when she left for Canada. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. As you can see she is getting up in age and would like to establish the family tree before it is too late. Plus I would like to get my Great Grandmother's as well.
