Hello,
I hope everyone is well and safe.
For people whose families migrated to Australia, the digital archive of immigration records is available at https://www.naa.gov.au/ and click on the Explore the Collection and choose record search and then enter the person's family name in English characters.
I have recently found Belgrade's online digital archive. This isn't every record but a fun way to find possible family connections. The address is https://www.digitalni.arhiv-beograda.org/login.php
Also, a lot of properties in Serbia now have a digital record of ownership available at https://www.rgz.gov.rs/ I'm not sure how current this record is but it could be useful for finding out who now owns the old family home.
I rely extensively on Chrome translating and Google translate to access these resources. Unfortunately, these resources won't translate handwriting but I guess that's what Fiverr is for.
I hope this is useful to some people and good luck in your family search from Australia.
Thank you for sharing!!!
Regards,
Sergej
