A call for chapters can be discussed here. We are working hard on finishing the translation of the Statutes into English. It is taking more time then expected due to sickness of some board members. Feel free to post here if you are interested.

Sergej, Am interested in this, however you need to tell me more about it. Also would I even qualify to become a chapter.

Hi Sheila,
You will need the following:
1. At least 3 members in your state,
2. One of you is the local president/representative, a local secretary and a local bookkeeper
And that is it! Most of it is easy. You can organize get togethers for members etc. And you branch will get its own section on the site.
