I am new to the forums and website and hope that i can find out some information here.

If anyone can give any advice I would be so greatful.

I recently received my grandfathers birth registration certificate.

It lists his Father as Angelo Puntel
his mother as Marija Dundaš
Both from Mosnik, Tuzla, Yugoslavia

I have no information, photographs, or any idea knowledge of either of these families.

But this was the first time the name Marija Dundaš had appeared as I hadnt known his mothers name till this point, so it was very exciting.

I have contacted the state archives in Tuzla, but I was pointed here, because it was thought that Dundaš possibly originates from Serbia and that a branch of Marija Dundaš’s family still reside there?

Can anyone help/advise me please?
