Due to the fact that many registered users mark emails from Rodoslovlje.com as SPAM, despite the fact that they can unsubscribe via a link, we decided to suspend all forum email notifications. This means that users should check the website themselves regularly because we do not want to have extra expenses on getting another mailserver. This would also mean that we would have to increase the membership fee.

A quick update. The email issue has been resolved completely. Email notifications in the forums also have been activated.

Is the comment notify immediate or do we need to wait for it?

Depends on when you post. We have a cron running for every several hours. So in some cases it may seem immediate and sometimes some time passes by. The online website notifications are immediate however, so refreshing sometimes works faster if you have a ongoing discussion.

Meaning you just get text without linebreaks?

My father was born in the former Yugoslavia in 1941. He arrived in Australia in 1953. The place of his birth listed on his Certificate of Registration issued by the Department of Immigration is Gor Duborica. I have not been able to find any further listings for this place name. I understand that different spellings and changes over time may impact on my search. I am very eager to clarify this. Can you please help?
