Yes the surname is originally from Montenegro. However in order to find out from which line you are you will need more information on your grandfather. I dont know if you ever go to Bosnia but when you are there you can check with the local archives and church the data about your grandfather.

About the SIPCIC Familly,
the origine is from Old Hercergova Region(which is actually in the montenegro territory), principally issued from the town of Bilec (15-16th century), and then regrouped in the actually Montenegro. The main Familly origin is from a little Village, in the center of the Durmitor National Park, calling village (Selo) of Mala Crna Gora, there, the Sipcic Familly found her main base. It is not a "Robber Familly"..? but more a tradener and farmers. One man of this familly is famous in Montenegro and Bosnia-Hercergovina, it is Vladimir SIPCIC (called " Vlado") which was in the royal yugoslavian army during the wwII (1939-45) and was the leader of a group of Chetniks ( cetnik ) who fighted against Communists, germans, Italians, Ustashi ( Nazi Croatian brigades) and the 21st Waffen Gebirgs Division der SS “Skanderbeg”,a Muslim SS self-defense regiment in the Rashka (Sandzak) region of Serbia and the Muslim Volunteer Legion, led by Mohammed Hadzieffendic, also the Gorazde-Foca milicijas (policing units) (region where the group from the old royal army was a lot fighting, specialy after the non-help from Great britain decided by Churchill who prefered to support the Tito's communist Army (In a vision of futur friendship for having a Communist allied after the war due to the Russian Communist power in north Europe.)instead of the old Royal Army who became the "Chetniks". But fighting against all these groups is not easy, and the Sipcic Group was slowly, due to Fights, reduced on battlefield and specially because of the Communist Army and the secret Communist Police (UDBA). Finally, in 1945, Tito Acceeded to the president's sit, and promised the Amnisty for all the Chetniks, 8000 gaved the weapons, they were all killed, Vladimir didn't wanted to follow this movement and decided with the rest of his group to continue the resistance against the Communists as they can. He fighted liked that during 12 years, and was, has some said, killed in 1957 with his girlfriend near the Montenegrin- Bosnian border buy the Secret Police (UDBA ), nobody knows where is his body or tomb. The Communist Propagande wanted to make from this man a Picture of Robber, killer and betrayer to his nation, when it was the complete opposit. The Sipcic familly has now a big repartition in the world, some are in USA (San Diego, Boston and Washington where there's one the more famous Space-ingenior living, slobodan Sipcic), also in Australia, France, Germany, Netherland, and Bosnia-Hercegovina, Serbia & Montenegro..

Well, Sipcic surname or people are from Montenegro and East Herzegovina. As I know Sipcics are from Malesevci clan, and others came from Pivljani (Piva region in Montenegro and East Herzegovina). Predator explained you very nice vhere they came from. Bileca, Trebinje, Gacko, Ravno... thatts the area of Malesevci and Pivljani. Also in place Crna Gora live about 22 houses of Sipcics.

I need help....?
I need to know my real details on my birth certificate ?
This is a very tough thing, because i have been searching constantly for months.
I now have found that both my real parents are deceaced, and the only legacy i carry is a faint memory as a child ?
My father, Sergej, is originally from Montenegro who met my mother (Marianna) in Trebinje. I was adopted at the age of 22 months, and only recently (i am 35yo now) found that out because i tried to get my birth certificate - my foster parents told me at a young age that i was born at Balmain hospital, and my name did not come up.
I was very angry at them because they refuse to give me any details about my real parents . I have searched the databases in every state to no avail. My foster parents hospital records show no record of a birth in 1969. I have exhausted every avenue (i even involved police) I am desperate because i just need to know !
As far as the world is concerned - i do not exist..... My foster parents have an Australian citizenship under my name just in case (they say) i get in trouble with immigration...
I have lived in Australia all my life, i don't even know how to speak another language other than english - sounds pathetic, i know....

Ok the best way to do this is to first get the birth certificates of your parents in AU. Where they born in AU? In order for you to have a AU citizenship the government needed your original birth certificate. So you might want to contact immigration to see what they have.

Naumoski surname is from Macedonia. Its possible your parents are from Montenegro but your original ancestry came from Macedonia. I can start contacting people for you. ja, u are right, also with Predator, SIPCIC family is issued from the Clan of the Voivode (Lord) Maleseva, who was a big lord in the 13 th Century. The SIPCIC familly is actually regrouped in the Former Republic of Montenegro, mostly in the National Park of Durmitor, i think they live in one of the most higher village of Balkans. Some of them live also in Bosnia ( Like the relief of the familly of Vlado SIPCIC ) They were running away from Montenegro due to Communist bad treatment, the MUP (Secret Police) was non stop keping an eye on them for finding the public ennemy VLADO. THis man is interressant cause he was abbleto escape of the Communist Police during 12 YEARS!! Vlado was hidding himself and his group in the mountains, it was realy hard to live for them, specially in winter, when they were not abble to make fire, the MUP would see the smoke. They were also getting first aid and help from some people in villages, also from muslims families, some of them were against communists. This man, as i heard, was a kind of Robin Hood,he was often making operation against communist police and army and was giving what he was taking from (like food or medics) to some poor families who had somebody like him from the King's army (the Chetniks during ww2) and who was under the terror of this police. It is funny and strange that there are no movie or books about this man and his group.. 12 years in the Resistance, and nearly nothing about. I know he was executed by the MUP near the Town of BIJELO POLJE , in Bosnia, and they putted him in the earth without tomb, like an Animal. Nobody (except the Police) knows where it is exactly, they were too affraid that somebody make a kind of Mausolee of this man, who was a WW2 soldier without fear, and public ennemy against the communist state of yugoslavia. His father was killed in 1943 by the Communist Police in the town of Zablak cause he didn't know where was his son, his mother and sister were in Jail in 1950, and under the torture of the Police, in the town of Savnik, in Montenegro, his brothers who were youngs were non stop controlled by the MUP and had nearly nothing to eat during several years, their house was visited every month and the communist were taking all what had this fammilly who was supporting the idea of the " Yugoslavian Kingdom " and not the Communist state. I also know that a lot of SIPCIC were spies of the MUP, like that, some close people from the Familly of VLADO SIPCIC were giving informations to the Police, and most of them were affraid to help this familly.
About SIPCIC Familly, some of them are also in Serbia ( Voivodina), and some in Croatia, but they are all from One unique Familly.
