You need someone there, we do not have people there. What you can do though is in Croatia's case is contact the LDS Family History Library Centers since Croatia's archives are microfilmed.

I've had a griend in elementary school, surname FORKAPIĆ, maybe there's a connection.

Location: Serbia, Vojvodina, Novi Sad.

Elementary school: čorč‘e Natošević, year of birth of that FORKAPIĆ guy was 1985.

That's all I know...
