I am looking for origins of my surname Lacmanovic. Things what i know so far are that my grandfather Branko Lacmanovic was born cca 1920 in willage Donji Karin near Benkovac. His father, Lazar Lacmanovic is from same area. If you can help me or you know way how to trace this i am very thanskfull.

You should access the archives of Croatia, and see what is stored there. You can write them or write the LDS family history center.
