My great grandmother was born in Padej (Magyarpade) in 1890. She was Roman Catholic. I am trying to find a copy of her baptism/birth record to find her parents names. I tried contacting the zrenjanin archives but they said they don’t have the records for Padej, and to try the archives at Kikinda. I can’t find an email for the archives at Kikinda. I am confused as most of what I have seen said to contact zrenjanin.
Her name was Erzebet Csikos. We think her parents names were Josef Csikos and Maria Liptai

But if you read the FAQ and the Learning Center you will also read that religious records are also stored at the respective churches. So I would also contact the Roman Catholic church.
