Grandfather: Nikola Pejakovic

Correct original spelling would be Nikola.

Is this your PEJAKOVIC(H) family listed in 1930 US PA census at Seltzer City PA?

Name Age
Nick Pejakovich 47 My Grandfather born 1883?
Anna Pejakovich 35 My Grandmother
Samuel Pejakovich 18 Uncle born overseas
Peter Pejakovich 17 Uncle born overseas
Michael Pejakovich 5 My Father
John Pejakovich 3 7/12 Uncle born in USA
Rose Pejakovich 2 6/12 Aunt Born in USA
Daniel Pejakovich 35 Uncle from Overseas

If so... Nick immigrated first and the family followed after the end of WWI?

Name: Pera (= Peter) PEJAKOVICH Age: 16
Name: Vasa (which is really Basil but no doubt became Samuel in the census) age 17
Arrival Date: 17 Sep 1928
Estimated birth year: abt 1912
Gender: Male
Port of Departure: Trieste, Italy
Ethnicity/Race/Nationality: Slovenian
Ship Name: Saturnia
Destination: to father Nick at Seltzer City PA
Former residence Ljubotin, Yugoslavia... which is located in Croatia in an area inhabited by many Serbs. Is this correct?? I thought Ljubotin was Montenegren?

The census states that Nick arrived in the US 1903 and Anna in 1923... the closest match found is

Name: Anka Pejakovic
Arrival Date: 19 Feb 1921
Age: 27
Birth Date: abt 1894
Birth Country: Yugoslavia
Former residence Petrinja (Croatia)
Gender: Female
Marital Status: widow
Race: Croatian
Ship Name: Canada
Port of Arrival: Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada
Port of Departure: Liverpool, England
Destination to mother Barica (=Barbara) DROVELICZ at Detriot MI

Thank you all for your help and assistance!!

Philip
