Dear Sirs

I'm looking after the origin of family Veljovic', farest given information was that Velimir Veljovic' in 1809 left his hometown Dubnica near Sjenica to move to Oplani' near Knic' in Sumadija.

I went to Dubnica this Year but couldn't find any traces of christian serbs and the people doesn't remember these people. Also the files in Sjenica doesn't have information as they have been destroyed during several wars.

As the name Veljovic' is bridely spreaded I'm confused of several different stories as the origin is claimed by several clans as Kuci, Vasojevic, Bratonozici, Rovcani and others with several different Slava as Cozma & Damjan (for us) and Sv. Luke, Sv. Nikola.

A DNA test showed that of around 800 to 1200 AD our ancestors where used to live in the area of Trebinje. I would be interested in sharing my results with other to find out morte about my family
