Sergej, I will forward this letter for you to read. It has already been translated. What is your opinion?

Sheila,

i hope you don't mind me asking but did they mention the rate per hour for requesting information. I ask because i want to compare with what they quoted me at 5$ 1/2hr and see if that seems to be the current rate. Also, once your research gets into the early 1800's the oldest books are kept in the Zagreb archives. Here is the address the local archive gave me: hda@arhiv.hr
Thanks
jeff

Jeff, Sasa translated the e-mail from Serbian to English for me. You would have to ask him about cost.
The e-mail I received, I beleive was from the archives in Zagreb. They gave me another address to write to.Jeff, from what I've read your working off more information than I have!!
Sasa is a very kind young man and very intelligent!
Best Regards,
Sheila

I'm sorry, I meant how much the archive would cost to look up records for you.

Jeff, They had no information for me. But gave me another address to write to that should have the information I'm looking for. Sorry I don't have an answer for you.
Best Regards,
Sheila

Hi,

Just me for 5 mins. In Serbia the costs are peanuts for you guys ;-)
As for Croatia, dont know yet. We will expand there this year.

Before you all attack me with questions, as of Tuesday I will be back. That is, I am still here but working on some other research issues that need my attention.

Regards,
Sergej

Jeff, Do you have the address for Zagreb? If not I'm sure Sergej has it. I think it may even be on the site already
