Hello, I`m Russian Genealogist searching information about Serbian service officer of the 2 part of 19 century.

So In the service list of the brother of my great great grandfather is written that he was married a daughter Serbian service captain Mikhail Cherdakine (по русски Михаил Чердакин) (may be the wrigt way Cherdakli) (по русски Чердакли). In Russia such information could be found in Militari history archive - Could you help me with information or give an address of archive to write to?
