I'm searching for information about the Veselinovic and Opacic families from the village of Golubic near Obrovac. My grandfather, Stanko Veselinovic, was born there in 1888 to Todor Veselinovic and Joka Opacic. His birth and baptism were registered with the Krupa Monastery in Obrovac. He had 2 brothers, Sava and Jovan. My grandfather came to America, and his brothers moved to Ruma.
Thank you.

What I would suggest besides the link another poster gave you in the previous post is to use the Phonebook of Serbia and see if you can find living relatives in Ruma. Just go to the link page.
Maybe they have more info that you could use.

Sergej
Dear Michael,
My name is Marijana and my grandfather is Pejo Veselinovic from Golubic. my uncle, Janko Veselinovic has just finished a book about Golubic and he asked me to translate an introduction for him. i was just looking for some information for it on the net when i accidentaly ran into your message. most of the veselinovics came to live in Serbia after the storm operation in the 90s. if you'd like i can send you this brochure about golubic by e-mail. it's 3 pages long. i don't know if you understand serbian but i have it in both languages.
best wishes
marijana
