Hello, you messaged me on Ancestry.com's message board back in February and asked me to contact you. Please do so at Latkechef at aol.com
Got it.
Could you post or send me to my email details of your family, ship manifests, any document you have - i can only tell you that original spelling of the surnames is
ERDELJAN
ĆIRIČ,
your ancestors names:
RADE ERDELJAN, his parents MILAN ERDELJAN I MILICA FILIPOV.
Becsker is ZRENJANIN , in Banat region, Vojvodina, Serbia.
MELANIJA ĆIRIĆ, her parents JAŠA ĆIRIĆ and SIDA NIKOLIĆ.
Ketfel is KETFELJ village in Romania ( GALU is the name of it in Romanian language). Village had majority of ethnic Serbs and minority of ethnic Germans, no Romanians at all - now it is different, but there are still Serbs living there in the village, attending Serbian Orthodox Church and school in Timisoara.
If the relative you are looking for ŽIVKO ĆIRIĆ was born around 1947. then I know who he is - he is from KETFELJ village in Romania .

-As people traveled /lodged with relatives and people from same village or parish , and settled after immigrating often in the same area or even part of the city, you should check if there is a connection there worth exploring.
-Here you have a photo of a race in Kikinda, Banat in 1978. :

One of the drivers was MIROSLAV ERDELJAN from ZRENJANIN.
People posting the photos have a good internet community, so they may know how to locate him or his family .
-Blog about history of Zrenjanin and ethnology of the area - author will have access to historical books and resources and interest in the history of the area. Many times I contacted people who are authors of similar blogs I found them to be of most help :
